Foodservice was supported through earned media pitching and releases tied to foodservice competitions. Key foodservice messaging was also shared through print and digital advertising placements, as well as through the Real California Milk Foodservice social media channels. These social channels drive target users to foodservice portion of the Real California Milk website, while sharing pertinent information with the foodservice operator audience through the Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Center for the Advancement of Foodservice Education (CAFÉ) Leadership Conference – San Antonio, Texas

CMAB sponsored a Pizza Master Class for culinary instructors during the annual CAFÉ Leadership Conference in San Antonio in June. The event, which hosted 98 instructors from throughout the U.S., also featured an opportunity for CMAB to share messages about sustainability and concepts for innovation using California mozzarella and other dairy ingredients.
