Processor Updates

Grupo Lala has consolidated all production into their Colorado and Nebraska plants, therefore will no longer be on our RCM program effective immediately.

Joseph Farms planned string cheese production will be April 2024, slightly delayed from the initial plan of Feb. Customers must be willing to sign a long term agreement (preferably a year contract) to be able to secure supply. Empanada Shop (Brand Marketer) has transitioned away from Cacique cheeses to California supply. This includes estimated monthly volume of 1200lbs of cheese varieties including Queso Fresco, Oaxaca, Queso Blanco, Cotija, Manchego, Mozzarella, and Anejo. Processor partnerships is working with Empanada Shop on copacking options as their business is rapidly expanding beyond their current capacity. Sukh Inc – 5k-10k lbs of Paneer is being copacked monthly by Fiscalini today. Due to Fiscalini’s capacity being filled up from their key retail accounts, Paneer operations will need to cease by the end of March. Processor Partnerships team is proactively looking for another processing solution for Sukh.
