The first DIY baking/cooking class collaborated with ABC Cooking Studio will take place in April, with a “Spring Afternoon Tea Party” theme. This theme-based baking class features cream puff, Mont Blanc cake, mousse dessert, and sandwich biscuits incorporating Cascade Dairy cream cheese and Grand Dairy’s California red cheddar and Mozzarella cheese shreds. CMAB-Taiwan attended the FAS North Asia Regional Conference held on March 20-21 at Grand Hyatt Taipei, hosted by the Post Taipei office, and also signed up for one-on-one meeting to discuss trade policy issues, such as increasing milk import competition from New Zealand, due to its free trade agreement with Taiwan to fully benefits by 2025 with zero tariff as well as no quota limit. CMAB-Taiwan will be collaborating with CIA Lecturer, Chef Barbara, on April 18-21 to conduct five tailored-made educational seminars for two Taiwan major CA dairy importers’ key HRI as well as CVS chain customers, such as Café Grazie, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Hi Life, Italian-style & American-style restaurant operators. While most of the CA dairy ingredients will be supplied by the two major CA dairy Taiwan importers, Grand Dairy & Ging Yuan, with specific tailor-made recipe demonstrations, HarbyrCo will also be assisting CMAB-Taiwan/Chef Barbara to ship a variety of CA specialty/Cal-Mexican cheese samples to be incorporated into several sessions aiming toward the target trade leads on new-to market RCM product lines. Social Channels (Instagram/Facebook/YouTube) In March 2023, the CMAB IG account reached 15,553 (an increase of 19.8%) followers. In specific, the number of followers reached 197,740 with 8,240 engagements. Additionally, the number of followers on Facebook reached 71,120 with 1,843 engagements. The best-performing content reached 10,221 impressions, 8,810 reach, and 6,871 views. This content presents small morning bread rolls over to eat CA pepper jack. The cute & interactive content appealed to many customers, showing how Instagram fans react to something visually trendy with a simple story. KOREA
