PHILIPPINES

The U.S. (33.81%) ranks as the Philippines’ top dairy importer in a report released by the National Dairy Authority. The U.S. is followed by New Zealand (25.73%), Belgium (5.59%), Ireland (4.55%), Australia (4.24%), and others (26.08%). The U.S. has been the top dairy importer since 2020. California Cheese Immersion with Specialty Store Owners - 10 deli and specialty store owners are scheduled to attend the seminar to introduce to them the specilty cheeses from California. This will be held from September 5 to 7, 2022 at Boracay Shangri-la. California Dairy / Cheese Immersion with Influencers - 11 influencers are scheduled to attend the seminar to familiarize them with Real California Milk and have them taste several specialty cheeses now available in the country. This will be held from September 7 to 9, 2022 at Boracay Shangri-la. Cheese Parties - the 11 influencers who will attend the immersion will hold cheese parties from September to November. Key statements include: Make gatherings extra special with cheeses from California. Not only are California cheeses absolutely delicious, but they are also versatile ingredients perfect for any occasion Nutrition Influencers - the activity is on-going. “Premium Taste of America” Campaign CMAB joined the “Premium Taste of America” campaign at Salad Factory restaurants organized in partnership with the USDA to present 7 exclusive menu items made from premium and high-quality ingredients imported from different regions in the United States. Several California dairy products were included in the menu creations such as American Potato Croquette with California mozzarella, US Scallops in Yellow Marine and California cheddar cheese, and Yuzu Honey California Cheesecake.
