The Great American Pizza Competition Seminar

A collaborative contest by USDA, CMAB, U.S. Wheat Associates. There are 2 competitions: Culinary student and Pizza chef/ professional pizzeria. The competition is looking for the best pizza recipes using U.S. ingredients including Real California Cheeses, U.S. wheat flour, U.S. beef, Washington apples, and other U.S. ingredients. Each contestant team must create 2 sets of three pizza categories, which are:

Category I: Real California Pizza

Category II: Wow American Pizza

Category III: Amazing Plant Forward

August 30, Competition seminar to provide product knowledge, cooking demonstration and competition rules. Chef Barbara Alexander conducted California Cheese product knowledge, pizza trends and pizza cooking demo.

There were over 120 participants in the seminar.

The Next Big Cheese Trends by Chef Barbara Alexander CMAB conducted product showcase and seminar by Chef Barbara on August 31 st . We invited CMAB customers and potential customers, included foodservices, institution, restaurants, hotels, buyer retailers, wholesalers, food processors, media, food bloggers/influencers and Thai Chef Association members to participate this seminar. The event gained positive feedback with over 100 attendees.
