cream cheese and “Grand Dairy” 250g retail -pack Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese shreds was completed on 8/23. All the aforementioned cheese varieties were used to make stuffing for the signature dish, “baked chicken taquitos”, and coating for a delicious plate of “cheese ball bites”.

A total of six recipe demonstrations incorporating available RCM dairy products in the Taiwan market in picture format will be posted via CMAB- Taiwan’s Facebook Fan Page between late September and October focusing on nutritional aspects such as low carb, high in fiber and protein. In addition, two licensed KOLs/nutritionists will also be creating their own health-conscious recipes incorporating RCM milk and cheese for school children as the main target audience. CMAB-Taiwan will be collaborating with the executive pastry chef of Grand Hi-Lai Hotel and offer technical assistance to Domalie Bakery to develop up to 5 dessert items incorporating “Cascade Dairy” cream cheese. Domalie Bakery is a 20 -year old bakery chain based in southern Taiwan with its own central factory and eight store outlets, and has won various awards for its well-known local pastry specialties. Once the new-product development and testing stage are completed, a bakery co-op promotion will be scheduled to further promote those dessert items made with RCM dairy products in Domalie Bakery’s eight store outlets before the end of this year.
