Mexico Retail Activities •

Participated in Calimax convention where HarbyrCo presented different items from Fiscalini, Point Reyes, Glen Oaks and Rumiano to the new Commercial Director and Dairy buying team. • Purchase Order from Calimax of products catalogued in October and 10 new items to introduce through HarbyrCo in the following weeks. • Plan action in El Florido due to the introduction of a Mexican cheese from Chihuahua that can be compared with CA Monterey Jack. • Plan sampling days for all chains. • Present to Costco buyers new products to introduce during a roadshow. Foodservice • 2018’ results: Total volume increased 27% compared with 2017 with the main varieties are Mozzarella and Monterey Jack. • Trade Servicing in Tijuana with key contacts as Productos Lacteos Ochoa, Vasoking and CANIRAC (National Restaurant Association). • Trade servicing in Monterrey with ATO, Laben, BreAd Panaderos (Bakery) and Milk Pizzeria (Pizza Restaurant). • Activity plan from trade servicing: pairing events with specialty products as Point Reyes, Marin French, Cowgirl Creamery and Fiscalini for chefs. In addition, technical seminars for the trade, menu promotions with the customers of our importers and Trade/PR special events. • 228 days sampling activity in CarneMart for Mozzarella and Monterey Jack in 19 stores between North and South Baja California. March 2019(Which processor?) • Pairing event with Grupo Plasciencia (main restaurant group in Tijuana) with specialty products, and technical training for product management. April 2019 • Support for Laben to participate in ANTAD as the distributor for DiStefano and Joseph Farms in Mexico. • Development of customize POS materials for John´s Pizza in Tijuana. Pizza boxes and menus. • Follow-up with Balcon del Zocalo after received samples of specialty products. Marketing & PR • Integrated trade visits in Tijuana and Monterrey -Northern Mexico- to coordinate 2019’s retail activities with key contacts. • Coordination of efforts with visited retail chains to plan retail marketing supports according to activities and allocated budget.

Philippines •

Supermarket sampling is being conducted in various branches of S&R Membership Shopping from February to April 2019. The latest was held in their Lipa, Batangas branch. Sampled to customers were California Sunshine Milk and Joseph Farms Cheese products.
