RCM Seal Updates In between Q3 and Q4 the CMAB ended early-November with 3,269 RCM items, adding 57 latest items to our count totaling 2023 with 125 added items with a loss of 73 items when Cacique and 9 from Churn Butter whose supply left California. A few latest items from the 2023 Excelerator pitch competition have come through from New Alchemy Brewing, Petit Pot, and Arbos’ Cheese Dip. The Private Label expansion continues from the previous quarter with Pacific Cheese adding 20 items to Utah retailer Harmon’s cheese line up. Additionally, a look into how Real California Cheese is being utilized overseas from the brand S2 FUN utilizing Hilmar Cheese’s Cheddar Cheese that is being used as filling within a sausage/hot dog as a delicious snack in Vietnam.
