replacements to keep the momentum going. New Partners to the RCM Program

New Seal Partners – Mid-April 2023 to August 2023 CMAB Seal partners are broken down into four groups: Brand Marketers (BM) – Companies that own a brand/product but no processing facility. Cheese Processors (RCM) – Companies that process and market cheese. Dairy Product Processors (RCM) – Processors of dairy products other than cheese. Cut/Wrap Processors – (CW) Companies that cut/wrap cheese and assist in distributing it. New Partners: • Aladdin Foods, Inc (BM) – Aladdin Foods works with a handful of our processors helping them explore different avenues focusing in on Hispanic dairy items. They have partnered with Tres Lecheria and Driftwood Dairy to expand tres leches base offerings. • Ariana Sweets, LLC. (BM) – Abby is an entrepreneur looking at expanding and innovating current offerings to the Muslim community, he is expanding a cultural favorite and partnering with Next Notions to make a Halal Ice Cream. • Petit Pot (RCM) – A Real California Milk Excelerator finalist in 2021 and a participant in the 2023 cohort with a dairy based dessert line up in a sustainable packaging format. • Mavens Creamery (BM) - Mavens Creamery has blown up the fruit flavored ice cream category, with plans on moving into club pack they have partnered with Next Notions to expand their assortment. • Arbo’s Cheese Dip (BM) – Andrew found his love for food at a young age and has found the opportunity to not only give back to his military roots but incorporate his story into his three cheese dips. Arbo’s Cheese Dips is also a Real California Milk Excelerator 2023 participant. • New Alchemy Brewing (BM) – Jason and the team at New Alchemy Brewing have been brewing up small batches of alcoholic Milk Punch for a few years, with demand growing, they have canned the delectable cocktail and are a part of the 2023 Real California Milk Excelerator cohort. • Tin Pot Creamery (BM) – Tin Pot Creamery is a Silicon Valley inspired creamery with the two founders meeting at Facebook expanding the dessert offerings to include Ice Cream. Becky and Bridget took their idea and ditched keyboards for batch freezers to create a local Bay Area favorite. • Bosa Foods (BM) – Bosa Foods is a Canada based company looking to expand their Private Label offerings specifically with fresh Italian Cheeses. They have partnered with Di Stefano to bring their savory Real California Milk cheeses to our North neighbors.
