2025 May Board Book

Myungrang Hotdog Myungrang Hotdog and CMAB Korea met to review 2024 and potential plan for 2025. They are the #1 hotdog franchise in Korea and their mozzarella usage is about 500-600 MT per year. Myungrang Hotdog visited Leprino last year to discuss developing mozzarella cheese exclusively for hot dogs to be imported into South Korea. But the negotiation did not go as planned. CMAB Korea asked if they have any interest in using other types of cheeses, away from mozzarella cheese, they said size/functional factors are very important, which is why they need to stick to mozzarella cheese. They shared their planned offline events, such as music festivals. We recommend testing a new menu using CA cheese through that type of offline event, and see customers’ responses before making it a regular menu. Due to increasing delivery fees, and reducing branch owners' profits, Myungrang Hotdog is expanding its menu offering to include higher-priced menu items. One of their menu items was tteokbokki and CMAB Korea provided the idea of various CA cheese variety toppings. They will do their internal test and provide us with any updates. Costco Upon confirmation of 2025 budget, CMAB Korea sent guidelines to Costco Korea for a plan. We shared guidelines: No Costco Connection and No lightbox general ‘awareness’ campaign. To make the best use of the promotion, we are working on developing a recipe card that can be distributed during the demonstration. We will include content on how to use bulk-sized butter under the theme of the Compound Butter Series.
