Participation at North Carolina Dairy Foods Research Center, Center Directors Meeting, IFT Food Expo CDIC representatives attended the North Carolina Dairy Foods Center annual meeting and DMI Centers Directors meeting (August 5-7), as well as the National Institute of Food Technologists Food Expo (July 15-17) to meet with suppliers, dairy processors and network with researchers. Other meetings with processors and industry CDIC held meetings with CDIC Steering Committee representatives, dairy processors and CMAB partners to discuss collaboration on innovation projects, co-funding partnerships and workforce development initiatives.
