● Social Media - Facebook and Instagram are continuously utilized as key consumer communications tools. In December, the engagement rate on Facebook is 28.67% and on Instagram it is 2.73%. Below are screenshots of some of the December posts:
● Trade Digital Merchandising - video flyers were sent to 519 foodservice operators; 10 replied to the digital outreach. All those that replied are interested in connecting with a California dairy supplier and attending events.

Social Media December's content strategy was focused on publishing across our different platforms sharing more about the versatility of Real California Milk through different recipes and fun facts about the products through posts and stories. This month's performance was a mix of organic and paid strategies. Total community of 37,958 followers in Facebook and 6,571 followers in Instagram. Total results: 486,313 impressions and 340,882 people reached in both platform
