New Partners to the RCM Program

New Seal Partners – Mid-April 2023 to August 2023

CMAB Seal partners are broken down into four groups:

Brand Marketers (BM) – Companies that own a brand/product but no processing facility.

Cheese Processors (RCM) – Companies that process and market cheese.

Dairy Product Processors (RCM) – Processors of dairy products other than cheese.

Cut/Wrap Processors – (CW) Companies that cut/wrap cheese and assist in distributing it.

• Atalanta (BM) – Atalanta is a specialty foods importer and distributor within the US, they license out the Sonoma Jack brand and utilize California milk to make the club pack of Sonoma Jack Hot Pepper slices. • Sukh Inc (BM) – Anil Chawla operates Sukh Inc and was looking for a processor to produce 260K lbs. of Paneer a year and the partnership with CMAB grew from there. They have partnered up with Fiscalini and are seeking out butter and other dairy products for more projects. • Wynston’s Ice Cream (BM) - Small Ice Cream Scoopery that is open in San Marcos they get their ice cream needs from Scott Brothers and cycle through their offerings that they have in their two scoop shops. • Gelato Festival (BM) - Originally reached out to CMAB to sponsor the Annual Gelato Festival and competition but turned them into a Brand Marketer when we found out they make the winning gelato in the store they have on the Hollywood Walk of Fame utilizing RCM milk.

• ReBorn Coffee (BM) – They own and operate 12 brick and mortar stores and utilize Scott Brothers for their dairy products.

RCM Seal Updates

In between Q2 and Q3 the CMAB ended mid-August with 3,276* RCM items, adding 43 new items to our count totaling 2023 with 68 new items. A few latest items from Excelerator finalists adding in seasonal flavors, Tres Lecheria is adding Pistachio and Pumpkin Chai tres leches cakes to their lineup. Retailers and Foodservice Distributors are expanding their private label offerings expanding in Hispanic Cheeses, Traditional Cheeses and updating their Milk items.
