2023 March Board Book
TAIWAN
CMAB-Taiwan will be collaborating with ABC Cooking Studio, to conduct a year-round DIY cooking/baking class campaign starting April 2023. A series of theme-based DIY classes incorporated with CA cream cheese and cheese shreds will be offered to their new and existing members with innovative product applications of CA dairy products, so as to increase brand awareness/recognition of the RCM seal in the DIY/cooking class market. CMAB-Taiwan will be collaborating with CIA Lecturer, Chef Barbara, also in April 2023, to conduct several tailored-made workshops for three Taiwan major CA dairy importers and their key foodservice/CVS customers. Deli food provider, 7-Eleven CVS, and foodservice providers, such as TGI Fridays, Starbucks Taiwan, and Italian-style restaurant franchise, Café Grazie, have all shown an interest, and are in discussion with what to be developed by Chef Barbara as their new menu items for the upcoming year.

KOREA
In December, CMAB Korea uploaded a total of 12 posts (the regular number is 6). This led to a substantial increase in reach and engagement by 9.3% and 28.1%. In total, the content reached 194,991 people. The best-performing content was with Hotteok, reaching 14,130 impressions, 12,950 reach, and 8,806 views. One of the reasons why the content was engaging is because hotteok is one of the popular street snacks in winter; not only did it reflect the season, but it also appealed to customers’ memory and appetite.
The December promotion for the Couapang banner was completed. In summary, the number of units sold increased by 26.40%, sales by 33,.90%, and views by 11.80%.
