We have been negotiating with Costco Japan since 2020 to conduct a Pizza Promotion. Costco began offering California Cheese and agreed to conduct the Promotion during December. It held a California Pizza Promotion at 31 outlets between December 2nd ~ 8th. Costco added the CMAB logo seal to the box and displayed the CMAB logo on promotional price signage with CMAB, including CMAB mini flyers. The California Pizza Promotion resulted in sales of 32,274 units in just 7 days.

Italian and French culinary students held a cooking demonstration December 14th with Chef Arima, a famous Italian Chef. Chef Arima instructed seven dishes using California Cheese. The 20 students participating in the seminar enjoyed cooking with California Cheese and Gibier (wild deer). Menu items included: Caprese with Burrata Cheese, Crostini with Original Blue Cheese, Minestrone Soup with Colby Jack Cheese, Pasta with Toma Cheese, Rissoto with Toma Cheese, Wild Deer Cutlet with Colby Jack Cheese, Tagliata with mushed potatoes including Monterey Jack Cheese, and Tiramisu. Chef Arima demonstrated preparing wild deer meat. It was an effective pairing using California Cheese and Gibier.
