Taste of Dairy California • CMAB conducted Taste of Dairy California event to promote all California dairy products include ESL milk, various artisan cheese, commodity cheese, cream cheese, ice cream, frozen yogurt as well as new products such as sweetened condensed milk and drinkable yogurt at Gourmet Market, Siam Paragon. Objectives: - Create California dairy product awareness, visibility, and trial - Convey the outstanding features of California dairy products in Taste of Dairy California to drive sales • Cooking Demonstration with Chef Enoch Teo Chef created 2 menus to highlight California artisan cheeses - Grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onion - Chicken Cordon Bleu with Mornay sauce • We invited food bloggers and youtubers to join and promote this event. • Sale results in the first 3 days were reported over 300% sales increase compared to without event.
