2022 March Board Book

The Disney Food & Wine Festival will take place March 4 th – April 26 th , 2022. This festival will include 8 marketplaces with brick & mortar extensions. CMAB has been building our relationship with Disney chefs over the last few years, and this year CMAB will have more RCM brand representation than ever before. One of our repeat park visitor favorites graduated to a brick & mortar location to accommodate higher volumes of orders, our overarching goal for each participating processor. Park visitors will find: • Fiscalini Farmstead Old World Aged Cheddar Lager Soup in a Mini Boudin Sourdough Bowl – Available at Sonoma Terrace • California Artisan Cheese Plate featuring Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co.’s TomaProvence and Vella Cheese Co.’s Habanero Jack – Uncork California marketplace • Next Level Cheese & Crackers featuring Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc – Nuts About Cheese marketplace • Chile Relleno Empanada featuring Cacique Oaxaca and Cotija Cheeses – Peppers Caliente marketplace • Chicharron Crusted Fried Artichoke Dip with Smoked Pepper Crema featuring Cacique Oaxaca Cheese and Crema – I Heart Artichokes marketplace Below is CMAB’s retail promotional calendar for 2022, based on current plans. With our refocus on California, only one of our larger consumer promotions will be outside of California (market TBD). Retailer-specific programs will take place both inside and outside of California, based on the strategic opportunities at hand.
