CMAB conducted a California dairy festival at Guangzhou’s Asia International Hotel from November 25 to December 24, where over 30 original recipes using California Cheddar, Monterey Jack and cream cheese were created. After the promo, the hotel has decided to use California dairy products on a long-term basis in its menus.

Taiwan

• After CMAB-Taiwan participated in the “2017 Taipei Wine & Spirit Festival” in November, a restaurant and a bar reached out for our cheese supplier list for developing new menus. • Through Ging-Yuan’s recommendation, IMR is co-operating with I-Pin Cheese Cake, a pastry chain store in southern Taiwan. I-Pin developed two new cheese cakes using California cream cheese, one is named Snow Cake, and the other is named California Cheese Cake with an imprint of RCM seal on top of it to help consumers easier recognize the origin of the cream cheese being used; as a result, IMR will sponsor I-Pin to produce POS materials for their 5 physical stores, place ads for their online store, and provide incentives to boost sales. • As an extension of the virtual “California Loving Home Campaign” in which bloggers introduced easy-to-prepare home meals made with California milk and dairy ingredients, a physical “California Love Home Family Cook” workshop was conducted on December 21 st with 30 pairs of parents and children in attendance. Three chefs created cheese snacks and meals, and edited stories of ‘Women Space’ were played.
