Districts 10 and 11 do not have a Dairy Princess program. The CMAB staff provides publicity for all contests via press releases to local media and dairy producers about upcoming events and contest winners. Dairy Princess Training Week is scheduled for Tuesday-Friday, July 9-12 in Turlock. The four- day training will provide the Dairy princesses with presentation and public speaking skills, as well as etiquette training, social media tips and an overview of industry issues.
Dairy Princess Program – January through March 2019
The 19 Dairy Princesses and Alternates, collectively, have attended the following events from January through March 2019. • School visits – 16 different schools, 39 classrooms reaching 1094 students. Nine ag days averaging 633 students at each event. • Industry meetings – 15 meetings and an average of 79 people at each meeting. • Community events – 19 events with an average of 528 people at each event.
