California Processing Changes Hands to Co-ops Two major processors in California are in the process of becoming part of two major Co-ops. Hilmar Ingredients will go to CDI and the remaining shares of Stremick’s Heritage Foods will now be 100% owned by DFA. This is part of an ongoing consolidation in the industry that is ramping up.
