sized brand marketers. Milk from this plant is purchased from Alta Dena and is used to make a variety of beverages. The owner is Joshua Cua (Microbiologist) and CEO is Rachel Cua. We have onboarded them onto the CMAB RCM program. They are also participating in the Excelerator Competition for this year. Crane Sushi is a new CMAB RCM Partner. Bob Kuo, the owner comes from the restaurant industry. He invented an ice cream mold for restaurant servers to be able to quickly serve guests with his premium 12% butter fat mix from Scott Bros. These molds are in over 1500+ restaurants throughout the U.S (29 states). Crane Sushi distributes close to half a million units of product per month across the restaurants. These products include 11 flavors of single serve cups and 7 flavors of macaroon ice cream sandwiches. Additionally, Bob Kuo has his sites set on international markets in Asia to replace skim milk based ice cream with real ice cream. He believes consumers are looking for “REAL MILK” especially coming from California.
