Processor Updates

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and Processor Partnerships reviewing portfolio of close to 200 items with the RCM Seal. Brands produced by DFA include Alta Dena, Dairy Pure, Knudsen, Glenview, TruMoo, Happy Belly, 7-Select, Organic Valley, Winco, and many more. DFA uses 99.2% milk from California on many of these items, which contain less than 1% coming from out of state. Our new Flex program allows important partners such as DFA maintain good standing with CMAB’s RCM program. Paneer (Indian cheese) continues to grow at a rapid pace. Year to date sales are up +30% however we have limited capacity with processors in California. Sach, a brand marketer specializing in Paneer has asked CMAB to help find co-manufacturing for their line of Paneer. Sach is a leading brand in the nation of Paneer, which is currently made out of state. Processor Partnerships is working with cheese makers such as Vintage, Petaluma, and Joseph
