Western Classic Show

CMAB was proud to once again host the Real California Dairy Bar at the Western Classic Youth Dairy Show in Tulare County on March 8-11, hosted by the South San Joaquin Holstein Association. CMAB worked

with the organizers to distribute donated Real California Dairy Products, including: yogurt, cheese, milk and ice cream, to the 300+ participants and attendees of the show. CMAB also coordinated with our Dairy Princesses to help with ring-side

responsibilites and serving milk during the Western Classic BBQ. And hosted Giant Jenga and Corn Hole for kids to play throughout the weekend. The Dairy Bar was a huge hit and we

look forward to hosting/co-sponsoring in 2025!

Ag Day at the Capitol Thalia and Melissa attended Ag Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, March 19 th . The 2024 event was well attended by legislators, capitol staffers and regulators from Sacramento as well as members of the public. We shared promotional materials with about 1500 people and had engaging conversations with attendees.

California FFA College and Career Expo

Melissa attended the California FFA State Conference’s College and Career Expo on Thursday and Friday, March 21 st & 22 nd at the Sacramento Convention Center. The CMAB booth was a hit with students, who especially enjoyed our Chocolate Milk straws and California Dairy Trivia game. We engaged with about 1,000 students over the two-day event. Board Member Noel Rosa and CMAB Dairy Social Team member Anthony Agueda both popped by the booth, with Anthony spending a few hours engaging with students.

California Dairy Sustainability Summit CMAB co-hosted the California Dairy Sustainability Summit on March 26 th in Davis, CA. The event hosted 250 attendees from regulatory bodies, lawmakers, industry supporters and leading researchers to showcase California’s world leading achievements and ongoing progress in climate-smart dairy farming practices.
