Processor Updates

Processor Partnerships is working with Clover Sonoma on adding the RCM Seal to fluid milk, half + half, heavy whipping cream and yogurts (19+ items). This is a significant strategic partnership as we have been working with Clover in the years past with our RCM program having minimal traction. We are excited to help Clover Sonoma drive sales and volume for their branded product line at retail when the products hit the shelves in summer of 2024. Arbo’s Cheese Dips – Processor Partnerships working with Pac Cheese and Ornua to develop an American cheese using CA cheese. Arbo’s currently using Wisconsin cheese for their American cheese dip recipe. Franklin Teleme cheeses have been in demand from distributors. Franklin is currently out of capacity however they anticipate having more supply in May/June 2024. Paneer Cheese - Fiscalini has been producing Paneer for a brand marketer (Sukh Inc) for the past year. Fiscalini shipped last orders of Paneer in April 2024 and will exit this business. Processor Partnerships actively looking for an alternate processor to fill up to 3M lbs of Paneer annually. Processor Partnerships have connected United Brands with Crystal Creamery, Shehady/Producers, and Hollandia Dairy to discuss cream supply to prepare for their upcoming aerosol whipping cream line planned for 2025. Processor Partnerships introduced Joseph Farms to Great Lakes Cheese to discuss supplementing Great Lake’s supply on mozzarella cheese for 2024. Processor Partnerships made another key introduction between SSI and General Mills. The potential business is a line of drinkable yogurts in General Mill’s 2025 innovation pipeline. CMAB facilitated a meeting with Albertsons’s Own Brands team and Boss Nation’s to introduce a line of private label pet products, including a frozen greek probiotic treat for dogs. Products are being evaluated and a decision will come in the next 4-6mos. E-Introductions:
