California Dairy Reputation CADAIRY4GOOD Nutrition Security Results: 297 Stories/169M Impressions

On World Milk Day CMAB announced a partnership with Raley’s Food for Families program, which provided $40,000 ($20,000 from CMAB and $20,000 from Raley’s customers) in fluid milk donations to 12 local food banks. Ag Secretary Karen Ross and California dairy farmer/CMAB board member Maureen Lemos joined food bank and Raley’s Food for Families representatives for the kickoff media event in Sacramento. The donation goal was met two weeks into the activation, resulting in a donation of 13,000 gallons of milk. This messaging was amplified through a press release and social media.

California Dairy Farmer Social Influencer Team Results: 216 Posts/603K Impressions

CMAB supported farmer team member content development to encourage positive conversations about California dairy in their social communities, which included recommendations around dairy, food, and agriculture posts. CMAB amplified posts on its owned channels and continued to provide support to team members to build their channels. California Dairy Communicators CMAB provided communication updates to the group around various issues activities to align on information and responses. Daily Monitoring & Social Listening CMAB monitored traditional and social media daily, tracking Real California Milk proactive coverage, dairy and food industry trends, and issues (food safety, environmental, animal care, drought, etc.). The team provided an analysis and POV on impacts pertaining to the California dairy industry, in addition to recommendations for amplifying positive stories on Real California Milk owned social channels.
