The conference also featured career opportunities offered by the dairy processing sector, with presentations by California Dairies, Hilmar Cheese Company, Leprino Foods, Dairy Farmers of America and Lactalis USA.

Products, Process & Packaging Innovation Conference Shell Beach, February 28-29, 2024. The program committee finalized the program for the event, with a focus on innovation on sustainable processing. 2024 Short-Course and Events Planning CDIC staff is working with collaborating academic institutions and industry partners for its program of short courses and conferences in 2024. A total of 10-11 events are in the planning stages with an estimated reach of 200-250 participants. The first event of the year will focus on RTD coffee drinks at Chapman University, with participation from Nestle, Chobani, Torani and other industry experts. More info at cdic.net.
