Participation in Tasty USA event at Foodland Nawamin CMAB participated in the Tasty USA Promotion on July 5 th – 17 th 2022 to celebrate the 4 th of July Independence Day, hosted by USDA-Bangkok. The Grand Opening event held in Foodland Nawamin on 5 th July 2022. CMAB conducted a cooking show to promote various CA cheeses and ice cream CoolHaus.
The Great American Pizza Competition
A collaborative contest by USDA, CMAB, U.S. Wheat Associates. We will conduct 2 competitions culinary student and Pizza chef/ professional restaurant.
Timeline:
August 30, Competition Seminar to provide product knowledge, cooking demonstration and competition rules. We have Chef Barbara to conduct California Cheese product knowledge, pizza trends and pizza cooking demo.
September, Recipe submission and selecting finalists October 18 - 19, Bake-off finals
2022 Real California Cheese Product Showcase and Seminar CMAB will conduct product showcase and seminar by Chef Barbara on August 31 st . We will invite potential customers, foodservices, institution, restaurants, hotels, buyer retailers, wholesalers, food processors, media, food bloggers/influencers and Thai Chef Association members to participate this seminar.
