Annual Meetings

The annual meetings thus far have been met with both positive and negative comments. The positive comments include: • “It was a good presentation. I’m excited about the innovation aspect, and I feel like my money is being spent where I would want it to be.” • “This is best meeting we’ve had in a very long time.” The negative comments include: • “I feel like I spend $45K a year to get a dry ass presentation…. I expect more out of our marketing agency. A lot more.” This comment was addressed by expressing that it is hard to encapsulate all that CMAB does in a 30-minute presentation. That the board meets four times per year for a day and half to oversee and guide the direction. This person responded by recognizing his short-coming and he is interested in learning more through a Lunch & Learn or coffee visit with a small group of his neighboring dairy farmers.
