Project Collaboration – Cheese and Beer We understand that resources for innovation in the Dairy space is limited and Processor’s connections can only be stretched so far. For some company’s looking to create new products, it might take a special ingredient or processing capability that only another processor has. Project Collaboration is putting the two processors from two different worlds together to combine the capabilities of each to make the item. In this case, collaboration is required between two very different companies, one a major nationally recognized cheese processor and the other, an internationally recognized beer manufacturer. CMAB connected the two processors together and have made efforts in a collaborated, co-branded Beer Cheese item, featuring both brand names with a product name in the works. The project is under way and the item(s) are being discussed for R&D planning. More to come on this project – hopefully launching in summer 2021.
