Foodservice 2.0: We will be continuing to scan the foodservice industry for new concepts, distribution channels and ways to help consumers back into the channel in 2021 and beyond. This is one innovation that Coca Cola is testing. Ghost kitchens are gaining traction. Pizza continues to thrive.

Pizza Contest Update The 2020 pizza contest final event successfully concluded. CMAB decided to persevere and held a hybrid event at the Culinary Institute in Napa the weekend of 7- 8 Nov. No contestants were present. Our judges were local. Chef Instructors from the CIA baked the pizzas with coaching from the finalists. The winner will be announced in a “live” broadcast.
