The first chart below is for TTL US and the second is California. On the left is latest 52 weeks, with the timeframe progressively shorter until the last column, which is the last 4 week’s we have data, through 10-4-20.
On a latest 52-week basis, California’s dairy growth exceeds the national average in every category except fluid milk. However, on whole milk, CA’s growth is as good or better than the national average from latest 24 weeks on. While this is certainly good news, the bad news remains COVID-19’s impact upon the foodservice sector. Both domestic retail and exports have increased to close the gap of lost restaurant, school, and hotel sales. Innovation At the time of this writing, everything is in place for the 2020 Snackcelerator. By the time of the December board meeting, our winner will be announced.
