Winter Fancy Food Show, January 19-21, 2020, San Francisco, CA The CMAB will host a 20’x40’ sampling booth during the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco where several artisan cheese, gelato, and milk processors will sample their products that carry the Real California Milk seal. This show being in our backyard is a great showcase for

many CMAB processors both in our booth and in their own space. International Pizza Expo, March 31-April 2, 2020, Las Vegas, NV

The CMAB’s booth at the International Pizza Expo will showcase California dairy to chain and independent pizza operators, with a key focus of the booth being on CMAB kitchen and chef making various styles of pizza. Marketing team members and business development consultants will be on hand to discuss opportunities for using California cheese and dairy to grow business. Frozen yogurt and gelato, and other growing foodservice trends, will also be sampled in the booth during the show.
