To counteract and encourage the consumers to visit the cheese area more and increase sales of RCM products, CMAB will activate 3 days a week sampling with cheese and once with ice cream in cones. Dialsa Alejandro Franco and Luis Ibarra are working with an ice cream company from CA. Sweetaly caught their attention during a trade show in the US. The company is sending samples to Dialsa. The importer is willing to present the product to high-end retailers such as City Market, Chedraui Selecto, etc. Dialsa wants to participate in Expo Chedraui from October 8 th to October 12 th, where they are also distributors. CarneMart – Imalinx executed a sampling program in north and south Baja California, totaling 157 sampling days, divided in six weekends for both regions. The program started in the south from April 28 th to June 3 rd , and in the north region started later according to product availability, from May 19 th to June 24 th .
