During this month, California Milk has a publication in the edition of Gourmet de Mexico magazine regarding the benefits of the cheese of Real California Milk. The result was 157,500 users reached. In addition to the printed media another publication of the benefits of the products of California Milk was posted in the newspaper “El Informador” with 187,000 issues and a pass along of 2.5 the total reach was 467,500 users on March edition. Furthermore, the national newspaper “Excelsior” published an opinion article of our Executive Chef Consuelo Herrera regarding to the benefits of dairy products with 90, 000 issues and a pass along of 5, reaching 450,000 users.
PR Event Food & Wine, which is one of the most famous magazine in the USA within the gastronomic industry, launched its Spanish Edition in Mexico in March 21 st . An exclusive event was coordinated for over 600 people, gathering recognized chefs, gastronomic companies, influencers and media. California Milk had brand presence during the event and participated with a cheese table as sampling for the attendants: Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Mozzarella were delighted with bread and cherry tomatoes.
