Our fourth new processor is a new company based in Colorado. They purchase California butter from CDI and reprocess it to include a variety of flavored butters including Bacon Blue Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Herb, Lemon Caper, Olive Herb, Rosemary Herb, Roasted Bell Pepper, Sundried Tomato, Onion Parmesan, Salted Caramel, Vermont Maple, Cinnamon Sugar, Green Chile, Jalapeno Lime and Cranberry Orange (for the holidays). They are packed in convenient 8oz tubs and larger sizes and will be sold to retail stores and foodservice distributors.
