2018 December Board Book

We had a fantastic meeting with Sysco and several of their OPCO (Operating Company) chefs from all over the country in October. As you can see from the schedule above, it was an immersion into California, our fantastic cheese and dairy products, meetings with several processors, and time for innovation and relationship building at the Culinary Institute. Other Foodservice News Nancy Campbell attended MUSFO with Peter Ernster Jr, Hilmar, and made multiple chain contacts: Sonic, and Darden were the best. She attended a video shoot with Chef Brandi in Houston featuring Mexican pizza, using Cacique cheese. She is working on corporate calls with Landry’s, Darden, and Bloomin’ Foods (Chilis).
